Key Financials

Thanks to increased volumes in telecom and other industries, revenue reached ₹15,076 crore, up 4.7% from the previous quarter and 12.6% year over year.

With EBIT at ₹2,084 crore and margins at 13.8%, net profit increased 16% year over year to ₹1,354 crore, marking ten consecutive quarters of margin increases.

Revenue for the entire FY26 was ₹56,815 crore (up 7.2%), net profit was ₹4,811 crore (up 13.2%), and EBIT was ₹7,152 crore (up 39.2%).

Business Highlights

AI initiatives, such as Agentic AI and IndusLLM, in the telecom and automotive industries drove deal wins to a record $3,794 million for FY26, representing a 41.6% increase.

In the face of a challenging market, the company concluded its "stabilization phase," concentrating on AI-led development and efficiency.

The highest-ever final dividend of ₹36 per share (total FY26 dividend of ₹51) was authorized by the board.

Outlook

For FY27, management is optimistic, promoting AI across services and anticipating sustained demand for digital transformation.
